Cruise itinerary

Morning
Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter (08:20–08:45). Arrive at Indochina Junk Office, Halong Cruise Port (11:30AM). Transfer by buggy to board Dragon’s Pearl Junk, welcome drink, itinerary briefing, and check-in.

Noon
Savor a fresh seafood lunch while cruising deep into Bai Tu Long Bay, passing limestone karsts and secluded islets. Visit Thien Canh Son Cave, then relax at Hon Co Beach or kayak among hidden lagoons and limestone cliffs.

Evening
Return to the junk for a sunset cruise, followed by a Vietnamese cooking class (on request). Dinner is served in a peaceful bay setting. Free time for stargazing, squid fishing, or simply enjoying the sundeck. Overnight onboard in Bai Tu Long Bay.

Meals included:

Lunch, Dinner

Wake up early to fresh bay breezes. After breakfast, transfer by bamboo boat or kayak to explore Vung Vieng Fishing Village, learning about the traditional floating community. Return to the junk for check-out.

Enjoy a premium lunch as the cruise sails back to Halong Cruise Port (11:30AM). On the way back to Hanoi, stop at Yen Duc Village for a cultural experience, including a traditional water puppet show performed by local artists. Arrive in Hanoi around 4:00PM. End of services.

    If we must make a Major Change (e.g., change of departure date, time, vessel, or itinerary), you may:

    1. Weather Policy

    Cruise operations are subject to safety regulations issued by local authorities. If a cruise is canceled or shortened due to weather:

    • Cancellation before 11:00 on departure day: Full refund
    • Restricted cruise (up to 4 hours sailing): Refund minus USD 100 per person/day
    • Overnight cruise ending before 10:00 on Day 2: 50% refund
    • Two-night cruise ending before 18:00 on Day 2: 20% refund
    • All other circumstances: No refund
    1. Excursions & Activities
    • Many excursions require walking or light trekking. A reasonable level of fitness is recommended.
    • Activities may depend on weather, seasonality, or minimum/maximum participants.
    • We will attempt to replace canceled activities but cannot guarantee substitutes or compensation.
    1. Flights & Transfers
    • Airfares are not included unless otherwise stated.
    • We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or amendments.

    1. Complaints
    • Please report any issues immediately to cruise management for resolution.
    • If unresolved, submit a written complaint to us within 28 days of trip completion, including booking reference and details.
    1. Force Majeure: We are not liable for events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, war, epidemics, government actions, strikes, severe weather). In such cases, bookings may be terminated without cash refund. Instead, future credit may be offered at our discretion, subject to settlement of outstanding charges.

    • We exercise reasonable skill in selecting suppliers but are not responsible for their performance.
    • We are not liable for emotional distress or psychological injury unless caused by physical injury due to our proven negligence.
